Question

I'm a single mom & just bought a 1996 Saturn car.

I'm a single mom & just bought a 1996 Saturn car. The motor seems to be running good. Anytime I buy a use car I get the oil change & transmission oil changed to if I have no records. They called me over & the Radiator fluid was brown & it needs to be flushed from what I could see. Went to the dealer to get the antifreeze & when they flushed it they said oil was in the Radiator fluid. Then they said a little was coming out of the tail pipe. So what I'm thinking is a cracked head or worse. The car was sold as is I wonder if they would fix it
