I have 1998 Saturn S1 that runs very rough only after running long enough to get really warm. The EGR and Map sensors are new and there is no trouble code showing to relate to this problem. The fuel pump pressure is at 45-50 lbs. Could the fuel pump be the problem?

Optional Information:
1998 Saturn S1

Already Tried:
Over a period of time EGR, Map, Idle Speed sensors have been changed, which fixed idling problems at the time. This seems to be a new wrinkle.
