I have a 1994 saturn sl-2.there 2 problems. 1st, the cooling fan will not turn on unless the a/c is on. I have checked the fuses,replaced the relay switch, temp. sending unit, and the thermostat.
2nd problem is the engine will not start. The engine will turn, have good spark,40+ psi fuel presure, all fusses are good, checked timming belt, it is fine.
The 1st problem with cooling I have had since I bought the car. The 2nd problem just started yesterday,and drove fine the day before. I was thinking of next replacing the PCM .
