I'm thinking of buying a 91 saab 900S, brakes feel really hard, I think theABS is not working. If so, what would it cost to repair? Also, do you know of any other problems I should watch for with Saabs. Thanks

Before you repair the ABS, check the vacum booster for the brakes. If this fails, the brakes get really firm and require an extreme amount of pressure
