Honda CRV 97   passenger door will not open acts as if child lock on. It is not electronic lock works

 If you are saying it will open from the outside but not the inside the rod is off at the handle or the latch.The handle could be broken or a plastic clip at either end.The latch could be bad but not very likely.You will need to remove the door panel inside to repair it.If the inside rod is operating the latch and it won't open from the inside the latch is bad.
