I have a 96 Dodge neon and i just had a rebuilt motor put in it. But about 2wks after that i was driving it and it made this noise and then it cut off and it started back up, but then later that day it would start then shut right back off. it seems to not be firing. i have checked the wire plugs, spark plugs, cam sensor, battery cable and all the fueses.
