i have a 2002 chevy Xtreme (S-10) all of a sudden the rear glass won’t open when i press the latch on the dash....there is no key lock on the vehicle...all the fuses seem to be ok...what should i do?

   YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE SWITCH AND TEST TO SEE IF YOU HAVE POWER COMING TO IT.  IF YOU DO, YOU CAN JUMP ACROSS THE SWITCH,TO SEE IF THAT RELEASES THE LATCH. IF IT DOES THAT  TELLS YOU THAT THE SWITCH IS BAD. IF IT DOESN'T YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK THE LATCH TO SEE IF YOU ARE GETTING POWER WHEN THE RELEASE IS PUSHED. IF SO THEN THE LATCH IS DEFECTIVE.
