ignition switch is stuck

1994 toyota camry LE    I can’t turn the key in the ignition. The ignition is completely stuck. I've tried rocking the car, jiggling the key while in the ignition switch, stepping on the brake, turning the steering wheel. Nothing has worked, in fact, it has gotten worse. Before I could almost turn it to the on position and now I can only turn it enough to unlock the steering wheel. Key goes in but won't turn.
