battery light goes on and off while driving sometimes ...

battery light goes on and off while driving sometimes after replacing alternator , and some times at idel votage jumps back from 13.4 to 14.6 this is on a 02 sivlerado 5.3 130 amp alt .

Already Tried:
I have check the alt 4 times , I have had the bat. tested i have change the belts
