Question

NOva no start ignition module

1986 cheva nova no start gas at carburetor, but no spark 12 volts at ignition coil, coil primary and secondary resistances in spec. probably ignition module faulty, any easy way of removing module without pulling distributor off of 4ALC engine

 pull one of the plug wires and watch it as someone turns the motor over to see if you are getting spark. if so then i would pull the fuel line off of the carb to see if you have fuel going to the carb. if you do not have fuel going to the card i would suspect your fuel pump.
