94 lumina stall no start fuel pump replace

94 lumina will not start sometimes it has fuel presure at fuel rail sometimes not new fuel pump ran briefly now no start

Is the pump running?

Is there fuel in the tank?

Did you install a new pulsator or just clamp the pump to the line with a rubber hose?
