MY HEATER GAUGE CLIMBS ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP OF THE GAUGE ALL THE WHILE BLOWING COLD AIR AND EVENYUALLY COMES BACK DOWN TO THE MIDDLE MARK OF THE GAUGE BEFORE IT WARMS UP. IS THIS A THERMOSTAT PROBLEM? 1993 MERC VAN
