air coditioning problem

hi, I want to know why my 1994 jag xj6 is blowing from the passenger side fan but the drivers side doesn't work? I checked the fuses, ok there, what can I do to check the fan motor out? Is there a relay? Or perhaps other fuses besides the fuse boxes on ea. side of the front door panels? also, the doors that direct the air flow aren't closing to direct the air from front vents to the defrost position.

Already Tried:
checked fuses on the 1st. post.i.e. left and right fuse boxes in front of ea. door

I have been trying to get an answer from you all for a couple of days on my question about my lincoln Mark VIII! I still don't have an answer, but I went to a lincoln dealership today and got my car fixed, so, I think you all owe me $17.00.
