87 toyoya not running

87 toyota corolla gt not running today
it stopped running a week 1/2 ago after arriving at a store I went to leave and nothing
battery is fine
took it to a shop
they said it was the starter and some electrical wire leading to the starter
they fixed it - but told me it would only start in neutral because it needed a neutral safety switch.
thurs i got an oil change and tune up.
today it will not start
battery is fine
