dislodged eye glasses holder

I got into my 2003 Honda Accord and hit my head on the eye glasses holder on the ceiling. The holder itself came loose and a spring fell out. It seems simple to put back if I could see a picture of how to replace the spring. Please advise.

I have not tried to push it back into place because I do not know how to place the spring
