removing rear axle shaft from a 2000 Suzuki.

Wheel , drum,brakes,and 4 nuts from the back side.

It sounds like you have everything off that needs to be off May sure the park brake lever is out of the way of bearing retainer coming out. You may have to back off adjustment of park brakes to get it to clear. otherwise it should just pull out but it may need a little encouragement to slide out. I have attached the discription on how to remove rear axle.
