toyota cressida overheating

my 1985 toyota cressida overheats when i run the a/c.
and goes back to normal when turned off.
i've replaced the fan cluch (used) and still have the same problem.
it has a new radiator (about 1000 mls) ,new thermostat,
the temp will go up a bit when i'm in slow traffic (w/ac off)
then goes back to normal as soon as start moving.
