02 Camry. AC compressor won't come on.

02 Camry. AC compressor won't come on. Cooling fan runs momentarily when ac switch is pushed. Fan quits and switch light blinks on and off. Plenty of pressure in syatem. Clutch will close when jumped with 12v. No power to clutch. Test light never lights when AC switch is turned on; only cooling fan runs momentarily. Can you help me ?
