Flywheel matchmark!

Yes I own a 93 and a 94 toyota tercel with the 1.5l engine in it. I recently am in the process of rebuilding the engine in both of them and got ahead of myself when I was tearing it apart. I forgot to matchmark the flywheel when I took it off. If that wasn't bad enough I did it to both of them thinking that the flywheel only bolts in one position. What should I do?
