Sounds like your brake caliper (if it's the front wheel) is stuck/sticking or your brake shoe mechanism/wheel cylinder is sticking (if it's the rear) OR if it's both sides getting hot then maybe your parking/emergency brake is on?

brakes are all replaced but the just the driver side front gets hot nothing sticks
