cooling fans will not operate when the a/c is turned on , but the fans
do run untill the set point is reach, then they shut off , and then the
the a/c system high side goes 425 psi then blows out freon out
the saftey valve. 1996 plymounth breeze 2.0 . any help would be
great. i think it is controlled by the computer? thanks
