I have a 92 tuarus sho and the brake lights will not come ...

I have a 92 tuarus sho and the brake lights will not come on,the high brake light does not seem to work either nor does the foglights,i noticed that they are tied in together,i checked the fuses and they are intact,i cant seem to figure out whats wrong,can u give me any info,,thanks kerry briggs
