1998 caravan se electrical failure. Instrument panel lights flicker, a/c buttons flash on and off. The engine stops, while driving, and then restarts. Then engine fails at stop light. No hazard lights. After short period I can restart. Flickering stops but a/c lights continue to go of and on rapidly Whats up!!
