How to change the headlight bulb on an 2001 MR2 spider?

I have new headlight bulbs but I can't get the actual bulbs to com out. they have some kind of lock and a ruber cover.

Optional Information:
2001 Toyota MR2 spider 1.8

Already Tried:
I tryed puling on the rubber cover. I push on it and got the lock of but still couln't get the bulb out.
