My 1996 Camry is overheating because it is losing water ...

My 1996 Camry is overheating because it is losing water somehow from the radiator....have had a new radiator installed, thermostat also. No one seems to have a solution. Can you tell me what to do? If I remember to keep the radiator full this doesn't happen.
