lifted body and added 35 inch tires to my 4x4 jeep. front bumper now 3 inched higher than missouri law allows. rear bumper 4 inches higher but hopefully hitch assembly counts as part of bumper so that will be legal. have push bar on front bumper and want to leave it. what do i do?
