i have a 1994 cutlass supreme and my breaks are getting stuck and when i try and go its like my brakes are locked to my wheels superhard sometime it will release and then go right back to lock after a few blocks also there is not brake light on at all

That pretty much would describe that common problem with the ABS Controller. Black box looking thing that's attached to the master cylinder. Sometimes you can fix them by taking the lower cover off and tightening up the TORX screws on the 3 sprockets however if they've become loose enough to not be engaged even the least bit with each other, then you DO NOT mess with it and replace it with either a new or used unit and there's a special process to bleeding the brakes after replacing. You can find one at Pick N Pull - if not one near you there's 5 of them near me!

You tighten TORX screws with a TORX bit or TORX driver. It's probably best you just replace the controller and bleed the brakes.
