My door locks wont move from the outside of the car. I am locked out of my 1991 525i BMW, and can't even get under the hood to charge the battery, if that is the problem. What can I do?

Already Tried:
wire hangar to pull locks up, finding a way under the hood to charge the battery, getting in thru the trunk.
