Question

the wires on the back of the ignition switch

the wires on the back of the ignition switch touched metel on the steering colum and shorted out i have checked the fuses under the dash and under the hood non are blown. when i turn the switch on nothing will come on dash lights, radio, ac, and etc windows will not do any thing. there is no sound at all when u turn the key is like the battery isnt hooked up. but i can turn my headlights on and windshiled wipers even my overhead light. any idea what what would be wrong please help
