My key won't turn on my 2001 Neon. I tried turning the steering wheel but this din't work. Any ideas?

 

Optional Information:
2001 Dodge Neon

Already Tried:
WD40 in slot. Turning steering wheel while turning key. Putting on brake while turning key. Spare key.
