I am looking to put an alternator belt on my 92 jetta.

I am looking to put an alternator belt on my 92 jetta. However, the problem is another belt in my way. I was wondering how do I loosen the other belt?

1992 Volkswagen Jetta deisel

Already Tried:
found the tension release for the alternator belt, i can not find another for the next belt.
