i've got a96 jetta GL that started overheating. at

i've got a96 jetta GL that started overheating. at first i thought that the fan was coming on so i changed the fusible link and the thermostatic switch. Then the fan started working but still ran hot so i changed the thermostat and realized that the coolant isn't circulating through the radiator at all. Any ideas?
