How do you install an airbag?

I just got in an accident and my air bag went off. It was in my 91 dodge shadow. I know that most people recommend to bring it to a professional but I do not have the kind of money. I bought an air bag and an air bag sensor but I need to know how to install them correctly. Thanks.
