START FROM UNDER THE HOOD AREA.
REMOVE THE CABLE FROM THE LATCH ASSEMBLY & FOLLOW THE CABLE REMOVING OR DISCONNECTING ANY HOLD DOWNS.

IT WILL BRING YOU TO THE FIREWALL WHERE THE CABLE GOES THRU.
PULL THE CABLE THRU THE FIREWALL & DISCONNECT IT FROM THE PULL LEVER.

REVERSE PROCEDURE TO INSTALL..

Response to MASTERTEKH's Post: thanks, but I guess I needed to mention that I am not able to get under the hood. Is there a manual method to open the hood?
