I have to replace the "bypass pipe" that goes ...

I have to replace the "bypass pipe" that goes into the intake on a 98 Winstar 3.8. Can this be done without removing the intake?

I pulled the plentuim.

You will need to remove the intake manifold. As you can see from the picture it is very long and will not clear the parts that will be in its road.
