I have a 1992 Toyota Camery with 219,000 miles on it, the other day it stop running. I try to get it started again, but it would not turn over. I have power to the windows and the lights go on. When i pop the hood and turn the key, you could hear that the starter cranks,but it won't strat. How hard is it to change the starter, and how could i determine if in fact it;s the starter? thanks
