My (high mileage)1999 4runner w/ "3RZ" 2.7L 4-banger has been starting to get lumpy at idle, tried spraying/ cleaning throttlebody butterfly- helped some, but only temporary. (Clean air filter, new fuel filter & plugs) Back to lurching & rough at/just above idle. MPG has declined too. Problem not noticable at speed.
