I have a 98 DSE range rover not starting when hot ,Ihave diagnosed with a meter set on volts that the fuel lift pump and glow plug relays are not getting a signal on ignition but they do when the key is turned to start, also i have changed the ECU temp. sender but if i disconnect the temp sender the relays come in and the engine starts fine with one problem the auto box will not change gear untill aprox 3700 rpm in every gear.
Any answers would be greatfully recieved as i am ripping my hair out.

swapped glowplug relay with another R/R changed diesel temp. sender changed ECU temp sender.
