I have a 1992 Chevrolet 1/2 ton, Silverado pkg, extended cab, 350. My windshield wipers and wiper fluid pump are only working intermittently, about once in every five starts. And then they'll die after a couple of minutes. Must be something loose in the electrical area? Where should I begin?
