Swapping Engines on a 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix

I have a 96 Grand Prix with a 3100 and a bad 4T60 tranny. Looking at swapping engine and tranny to a 3800 SC and a 4T65E tranny. Do you know if this is a pain in the butt? I have done research and it has been done to this exact car. Do you know if there are any snags? Thanks Mark
