Would It be possible to splice my gas line where I have leak if so what would I use to splice it with

I would not recommend any type of repair on plastic lines ,because of the fuel pressure these lines carry (50 PSI).

If it is a rubber hose you should replace the hole length of hose use double clamps of the shielded style. Make sure the hose says fuel injection right on the hose.

Plastic lines should be replaced in sections not repaired. Repairs on this line are difficult and seldom hold.

I once did an emergency repair on plastic line . I found a piece of steel line that fit TIGHTLY inside the plastic line on then used rubber hose that fit tight on the outside and double clamp both ends. Got me home from upstate.
