Question

The ABS, active handling, and traction control ...

Sent to Car Experts April 15, 2006 10:40 p.m.

The ABS, active handling, and traction control lights are illuminated on my 2001 Corvette Convertable. I took it to a dealer and was told that it is the computer that controls the ABS that is causing the problem. I think the dealer is trying to fleece me because this part is over $ 3000. Please advise me if this is true.

I saw the code at the dealer but I do not remember it or what it meant.

If you get the code I can help you. It is very rare to replace the entire abs unit. There are a few bulletins out but I really need to know what the code/s are.
