when idleing, it jumps from 1.5 rpms to 0 to 2.

when idleing, it jumps from 1.5 rpms to 0 to 2. wondering what is the problem, i was told that it might be transmission by one person, and told that it might be the idle air control valve.

I have my transmission fluid. Still slips. That is all.
