02 camry--i have a gurgling sound under the dash. at 30000 ...

02 camry--i have a gurgling sound under the dash. at 30000 miles i had the anti-freeze changed because it was due. the sound went away but came back at 45000 miles. what can i due to make it go away, i shouldn't have to change coolant every 15000 miles. coolant level is normal.
