Maybe investing $50K or more is just hand tools, constantly training to keep up with always advancing electronics and working under some of the harshest conditions possible may have something ot do with it.

The business also has health,workers comp,liability and building insurance.Gas,electric,water sewage,internet access and operating licenses.Support personall such as secreteries,service writers,parts counter person,warranty clerk,payroll administrator and the evils of any man an accountant and lawyer.Some only apply to dealers and I may have missed a few things like hazardous waste removal etc.We have to plow and salt lots here in Pa also.
