ok i own a 1991 honda civic 1.5 16 valve sohc 5 speed manual with dual port programed fuel injection      it    wont    start     !!   i have no spark when i turn the key the fuel pump dont kick on the light flickers in the computer (all 3 i tried) there is no spark the 02 sensor is new th battery is new & if it has an ignition control moduel i cant find it some one put too much oil in it and it got on the wiring and im not sure if it has an effect on corroding the wiring or not but i cant get it to run one day it did one day it did not so does any one know anything?
