i have a 36 volt (6 - 6 volt batteries), that I am trying to install 12 volt lights on, w/ a toggle switch. Is this possible without an converter? HELP?!!

1992

Already Tried:
just basic wiring procedure, both lights are indidually grounded to frame, have black wire going to toggle swith,toggle switch has ground to frame and hot wire going to 1 battery positive. not working
