i have a jeep liberty sport and i am having problems

I have a '02 Jeep Liberty Sport, and I am having problems with my headlights, if I have the headlights on sometimes they blink off and on and then shut off, and if I use my signals while headlights are on it does the same thing and my interior lights come on when my headlights are messing up, what is wrong?
