my service engine soon light is on and flashing ...

my service engine soon light is on and flashing in my 97 chevy 1500 pick-up, I ran a scan tool on it and the code is po304, misfire in cyclinder 4, i've gave it a complete tune up now, still run rough and light is on, whats my next move? could it be a injector or a cam cencor?
