You've tried the basics and it didn't work. I don't know how many miles you have or how well maintained your vehicle has been in the past.
I'll assume it has more than 75,000 miles. I would recommend performing a compression test. There shouldn't be more than a difference of 20 lbs. of compression from one cylinder to another. It is possible that a lifter is weak, broken valve spring or a worn valve seat. Any one of those items will give you the miss.
It sounds like you've eliminated the ingnition system and surrounding parts.
